includes but not limited to:

• HRT injection training

• Guidance seeking out doctors for gender affirming care and surgeries

• Resources for swapping out wardrobe/clothes

• Medical transport & escort. I will physically (or virtually) attend a doctors appointment as a support person, take notes & help ask preliminary questions. this increases your chance of receiving intentional and informed medical care.

• Emotional support during medical appointments. I know some types of doctors visits can be extra stressful for people of the trans experience when they know they will not be referred to properly, I can either correct and affirm your pronouns during appointment or silently remain a support role.

Postpartum care can start at any time after your birth, my services emphasize caring for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual recovery of the birthing parent but they can also benefit partners & support people of the parent as well.

Starts at $25/hr after your free consultation

Services include:

• breaks from childcare, help with sibling integration

• meal prep & healing foods & herbal support

• bellybinding & steaming & other physical recovery methods

• household chore upkeep

• chances to process & get support for your birth experience through different outlets

• help with rituals (culturally relevant to the client) time spent in reverence for the great transition that occurred

• using different methods to improve your other support pillars during your recovery; I’m getting everybody involved! It takes a village!

one hour minimum consultation, you will be provided with a 1-2 page Birth Preferences list with all of your important health preferences in one place.
