I firmly believe that trans and queer people deserve support and guidance during life’s transitions.
In my care work I focus on guiding folks through the full spectrum of fertility, birth & family planning. I also use my experience to inform & guide trans people seeking healthcare, gender affirming care & post surgical recovery.
I do this through;
physical care- I offer live-in post surgical care and medical escort services for my clients during their gender affirming journey! Live-in care services include food prep, light chores/cleaning, errands and medication schedule, hygiene support, and transportation. These offerings are similar to my postpartum care services!
mental care- providing you with the knowledge, tools and support to make sound medical decisions, explore ways to show care for yourself and expand your support systems!
Spiritual care- Finding outlets to explore & release emotions (art, body movement, and more) , and actively breaking down the systems that have oppressed our gender, body, or self.

Services are personalized following your free 1 hr consultation
Dependent on the type of surgery and recovery time needed. Post surgical care generally involves live in support, I will be staying with the client (in a separate room or space within the home) while recovery occurs.
Sliding Scale Pricing with $150-$300 per day or ~$25/hr suggested
included but not limited to:
Pre-surgery prep meetings
transport after surgery, immediate physical & emotional support post-op
wound care and hygiene/shower assistance
meal prep, household chore upkeep, mental support during healing, etc.
pre-made checklists for important recovery items
many other needs or errands as they arise during the recovery process

In person or Virtual meeting where we will discuss all of your preferences, questions, and make sure your plan is personalized exactly to you!
one hour minimum consultation, you will be provided with a 1-2 page Birth Preferences list with all of your important health preferences in one place.
Multiple copies will be provided for you, your support person(s) and your doctors and nurses.
Postpartum care can start at any time after your birth, my services emphasize caring for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual recovery of the birthing parent but they can also benefit partners & support people of the parent as well.
Starts at $25/hr after your free consultation
Services include:
breaks from childcare, help with sibling integration
meal prep & healing foods & herbal support
bellybinding & steaming & other physical recovery methods
household chore upkeep
chances to process & get support for your birth experience through different outlets
help with rituals (culturally relevant to the client) time spent in reverence for the great transition that occurred
using different methods to improve your other support pillars during your recovery; I’m getting everybody involved! It takes a village!

No! I have worked with people who are not queer or trans, and will always offer my services to anyone who reaches out and thinks I am a good fit for their journey! I just want to openly extend my services to the trans and queer community at any moment I can.

I have taken doula training courses through BADT (birthing advocacy doula trainings) which includes trans and queer birth training as part of their inclusive curriculum. I myself am a person of the trans experience, I have been on this journey since I came out as pansexual/bisexual as a teenager and later on discovered my gender dysphoria in my early twenties. Since then I have guided and supported other friends & community members on their own journeys coming into themselves and have wanted to expand my support to family building and reproductive health.
